Retake the SAT or Take GMAT

Incoming analyst at a top MM (Houlihan,Blair,Baird) in a top group. Going to pursue PE recruiting for buyout funds in the AUM range of 2 billion or more. Nontarget undergraduate with a 3.9 GPA

Earned a 1400 / 1600 on the SAT in highschool. Should I retake the SAT for PE recruiting or would sitting for the GMAT provide a better ROI?

Thanks.
