Richard Ivey MBA - IB Toronto

Does anyone have insight as to how Richard Ivey MBA does at IB placement in Toronto? I understand they’re stronger at the undergrad level and that the one year structure makes it a bit tougher but I’d like to get some insight nonetheless (can’t find any recent thread on this). I also don’t see many post MBA associates on LinkedIn and I know many analysts get promoted to associates so wondering if going down that path is even worth it.

I think there's prob 1 who got placed into IB this year, unless you'd include no name shops. The person did IB before MBA as well. If you want to get into IB via MBA, Rotman is the better bet given the internship. Strange thing about Canada is that banks may place you as analyst, as Canadian MBA probably is worth little.
