Rutgers to Vanderbilt Transfer?
I was recently admitted to Vanderbilt as a transfer and was wondering if I should go. I really enjoy Rutgers, and I got into pretty much all of the undergrad finance clubs and have a good set of friends, so I'm in a good place here. But, Vanderbilt definitely has better placement for investment banking than Rutgers. Vanderbilt is very very slightly cheaper.
Yes, your school will follow you until the end of your career in finance, as well as influence your PE placement if that's what your interested in.
I graduated from Vanderbilt - it is an incredible school / campus / city + it carries weight in the corporate world.

Should I start networking with Vanderbilt alumni this summer? Also, what should I do with the alumni I networked with already at Rutgers?
