Safety College options

Hey ! I saw a lot of threads about colleges on WSO and had one question. I'm looking for a safety school for my college list. I have a 1460 on the SAT and roughly a 3.7-8 GPA. Any recommendations ? I don't want to spend too much because it'll be a safety but at the same time, something that has a shot to get into IB or PE (even if a long one). I've considered Penn State (because of the undergrad hedge fund) and CUNY Baruch (proximity) but apart from them anything else I should be looking at ?

Bruh there's literally been many posts similar to this one. Stop embarrassing us high schoolers on the forum.

I agree but none of them is conclusive and directly comparing these two schools. Both have been appreciated and both have been thrashed. Just wanted to have a final opinion before I go ahead.
