Same storm, different boats ; What to do during university...Help!

Sorry, this is my first post, and I thought it'd be fitting title...Alas!

I'm currently an undergrad, really stuck on what to do post spring weeks - I fortunately landed some in AM, HF, and Consultancy firms....none of which piqued my interest.
I was looking for something more mathematical - (double major maths +finance) so started looking at trading internships- but I am progressing in my technical capabilities atm, and not confident yet
I'm going to my second year of UG, but now have a slightly inkling of the thought of doing a masters.
How do I make the most of second year - to essentially help make up my mind?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Thanking you :)
