School or personal email on resume / for networking?

I know school email is recommended by my school’s finance clubs, but I’ve already applied to all of the freshman / sophomore diversity days and other programs under my regular email. Should I still switch to my school email for networking / resume / job applications (thus having to make new accounts for all of the banks’ hiring portals) or stick with my personal?
