seeking advice, from IB ops to Commodity trading to MBA

i graduated from Master degree at Uni of Rochester and back asia started my career, i used to work for hedge fund operation and one of those big name IB ops as well, around 3 yrs exp in total, my previous plan is stay in this IB ops for another 2-3 yrs and apply for MBA in the States.

But now I got an option to work for one of those commodity trading shops (Glencore/Traf/Vitol..), my job will start at deal desk. I went through lots of thread in this forum and many folks are saying this commodity trading deal desk job would be much better and promising than IB ops.

So I m wondering if i go for this deal desk offer, am I still be able to apply for a good MBA at US, or even a top one? or maybe another master degree? really want to figure out now...thanks
