Self-Education Recommendations - Suggestions Appreciated!
Hi all. Long time lurker that forgot my login from when I was back in University.
I'm currently a senior associate in an IB and received offers for small cap PE and F500 corp dev. I'm still deciding which path to pursue, but my mentors and future team members recommended that I brush up on the following:
- Negotiating and structuring term sheets and definitive agreements
- Modeling for nascent and non-mature businesses (incl. both pre and post-revenue)
- Diligencing businesses of varying sizes and at various lifecycles
Any suggestions on what resources I can leverage to strengthen my understanding of these concepts? Open to both online courses and books.
