I'm a sophomore student at a semi-target. Supposedly, this spring semester and the next should be the busiest for me with all the recruiting stuff, but I'm an international student and the chance of me getting an IBD offer is really slime. I know lab researches don't really help with recruiting, but should I spend the time to prepare myself if recruiting doesn't work out for me?
