Should I get an MBA after Ross BBA?

I'm planning on doing Ross's three-year BBA program (I'm in-state). Say I complete the program and get an MBA after five years of experience. Would that MBA raise or lower my chances of getting a career from a top firm? Would it be a good idea?

Also what kind of career(s) could I expect with a BBA from Ross?
