should i study for gmat? plan for deferred mba senior year of undergrad? do mba after banking?
Hey everyone. im a sophomore in college and have this upcoming summer relatively free. I plan on doing a banking summer internship after my junior year and hopefully full-time as well. i dont know if i want to stay in banking or move to pe or hf or vc or any of that. ive been thinking a lot about the future, and i was wondering if it would be useful somewhere down the line to get an mba. however, im not sure i'll have the time once i start working to really focus on mba applications and the gmat. im contemplating if it would be smart to study for the gmat this summer, get a good score, and then my senior year of undergrad apply for deferred mba programs (ones that let you defer up to 4-5 years). just want as much insight as possible and advice, or even if an mba is still worth it 4-5 years down the line. thanks!
