Are you sure it’s a top 4 university when it’s not a target school? Too 4 by what measure?
Top 4 in Canada, not the world.
Top 4 in terms of research and funding, not business connections and prestige.
You've possibly researched this more than me, but there are really not that many people from McGill (without the right to work in the US already) who manage to go in the US. And most who do are in the HIM program.
Nonetheless, I'm finishing the joint honours in econ/finance at McGill so feel free to ask if you have any question.
