Social Elitism at Ivy's

I am curious to hear how everyone that went to a target dealt with the social pressures that came with going to a top school. (billionaire classmates, international cliques etc.) I know the process to get into Yale's secret societies, Princeton's eating clubs, and Harvard's finals clubs can be tough. Feel like this is more geared towards men, as women (at least attractive women...) probably had an easier time. could be wrong though.
