So...What Now? I got into my dream program, but I don't know what's next. (QCOM)

This is my first post, so let's go!
I've gotten into Queen's Commerce and committed to the program. My biggest concern is getting my first-year internship... i know, Queens Clubs can get you some insane internships, but what are the best ways to gain entry into Queens' prestigious clubs and secure an internship there?
Club like:
- CREO Solutions
- Queen’s Private Capital Group (QPCG)
- Limestone Capital
- Trillium Capital
- etc
But these are not easy clubs to get into in total; there's like 50 spots between all the prestigious clubs in a class of five hundred students. And I'm panicking.
My goal is to break into MBB and PE (or the Big 4, ik).
Despite having a strong resume, every competitive job I've applied for as a high school student has rejected me, which I find extremely frustrating. please help.
