Q&A: Started a small biz with life savings at 25, retired at 32. No formal finance background, university prestige, i-banking etc.
Long-time browser on the site for shits and gigs. Always found the finance space exciting, but never understood the drive to grind so hard when you can just apply yourself elsewhere and achieve so much more in much less time. Went to small public highschool in Delaware, graduated from small local public uni with degree in finance and econ (3.1 GPA). Spent 1.5 years working for VC-funded seed-stage startup in NYC before venturing out to start my own landscaping business, sold last year to another small biz owner. Just posting for fun. LOL why do y'all try so hard
