Switzerland or Canada?

My university organises summer study programmes that lasts a month to these two countries every year. University of St Gallen in Switzerland and UBC in Vancouver.
Which would be a better choice, and why?

Go to Vancouver. St Gallen is small, sleepy, and boring. It's ok to study there for a degree due to the strong brand name of the school in Europe but since you are there for summer school it doesn't really matter. If it was UZH or ETH in Zurich then yes, but St. Gallen isn't the place where you want to spend your summer. Vancouver has much more to offer and is a pretty nice city with nice climate and has the ocean and mountains nearby. So, unless you are from the US, I would definitely pick Vancouver..
