Is it worth it to pursue a T10 MBA if my goal is to end up in Phoenix, Arizona? If relationships are such a major part of an MBA in those specific markets does it make sense? The other option is an MBA at ASU since it’s in the market I want to live in, but obviously not even comparable with a T10.

If you have the capability of getting into T10 with your current profile, I'm sure ASU Carey may give you close to a full ride. A HS classmate of mine went there (full ride) and seems to have great career trajectory 3-4 years out (didn't stay in Arizona).
