I have the opportunity to take a corporate finance class that is taught by the CFO of a middle market investment bank. Should I jump on the opportunity just because of that reason? Thoughts?

No idea about how good of a teacher he is, plus it's a night class. However, the networking opportunity seems tremendous.

but yeah, I would take it and make as good of an impression as I could. Never know what type of networking you could do with him, even if its not with his firm he probably has contacts in many others.
Has time to teach class = no dealflow at his company?
CFO's time isn't really dependent on deal flow.
