Target GPA, no internships, about to be a senior. Needing advice.

Hello,

I am in a school in the US that is not an Ivy League. I am an international student needing sponsorship - but that doesn't matter at this point because if I manage to stay in the country for 3 years.

In my first year, I didn't manage to get it up much (I went through a very rough mental health journey). I am not good at networking - very introverted/shy. I have applied to internships and managed to get a single interview out of the many firms I applied to. I bombed that interview. I did network too, but it was just a resume/algorithm cut - nothing anyone could do. I also got a few Wealth/Asset Management interviews (for internships) but after multiple rounds that went well they ghosted me. I'm guessing they realized my sponsorship situation - or something else I don't know.

I'm now sitting with no internships, and about to be a senior. I am pretty much unemployable and do not have any money for a Master's (I have a full-ride, need-based). I am planning to take the GMAT in the upcoming semester but idk how much that can help. Gave it up, no point in even reaching out to people, too embarrassing at this situation.

What else can I do? I don't know much about other sectors, everyone at my school is doing IB or PE or something super flashy and prestigious. Everything I see on my school's job posting website requires a 3.0 GPA at the very minimum and/or requires unrestricted work authorization. I am hopeless and lack direction. Hoping to hear some advice. Thanks for reading this far.
