I want to enroll in a top summer school for the summer of 2015.
What are the top-tier programs to go to?

I'd first ask why you want to enroll? If you want to get into a good Masters program I'd suggest you get relevant work/research experience. If you want to get into a good job I'd suggest you intern at that company. Honestly I'm not sure where summer schools beat out a good internship. That being said you might want to check out HBX.
