Top15 Business Schools. Help Needed!

Hi Gurus of WSO,

I have an extremely important, but potentially a silly question. What is the best way to get into one of the top15 business schools.

I am currently a semi-target undergrad student, working at almost a crappy company. I can graduate with 3.5+ GPA, and probably 1, or max 2 OK internships. I can also get high gmat score.

p.s I'm 20 and recently moved to NYC.

What else can I do to increase my chances?

I'm completely uninformed and trying to do some research!:)

Thank you all very much!

you can increase your chances by writing beautifully eloquent essays that tell a compelling story or WHY an MBA will help you and why NOW?

It also helps if you can brand yourself in some way...meaning weaving in a theme of your professional and personal life into what you want to do in the future...for me that was Education Technology when I applied to Wharton. Personally I think that makes you much more memorable and gives you a better shot at the top schools.

Good luck!
