Transfer from UBC Sauder to a school in the US

Hey, I am current first year student at Sauder with a GPA around 3.9-4.1 on a 4.33 scale. Currently, I occupy executive positions in two clubs, am planning to start a club, and volunteer a bit around my community. I graduated high school with the governor general medal (highest average in my high school out of the graduating class of around 70-80 students), held leadership positions in several clubs, and was MVP and MIP in senior boys cross country (Nothing special though, could barely get under a 17:30min 5k). What are some US schools I should aim to transfer to and what stats (GPA and extracurriculars) are required?
