Transferring to a better school worth it?

I go to a low semi-target school in the mid west. I have great grades and good involvement within investment clubs, but is it worth it to try and transfer to a school like UVA, an Ivy, or Notre Dame? Or should I stick it out and grind the network (what I’m doing rn) to get my way into a BB?

It’s definitely not a target, but I would say it is low semi considering the amount of kids get offers every year. I have a very strong family connection at one of the BBs in NYC who is an MD within the IB, which I think will definitely help.

Honestly I think there are just targets and non-targets everything else is pretty much cope. I’m from a state-school right next to New York that place’s probably 20+ ppl in IB a year. We are still a non-target no IB actively recruits or even attends career fairs from our campus. If u have a network that’s good, and probably the best way to reach ib, but doesn’t turn your entire school into a target.
