Transferring to Wharton from another target?

I’m at a high-semitarget private university. Some may call it a target, depends on who you ask. Anyways, I was wondering about transferring to Penn or another target. My dumbass got into Wharton but in another stroke of brilliance I decided not to attend. Anyways, I wanted to transfer out of my current school because really not feeling the vibe and can’t really hit it off with the people and kinda disappointed (prolly cuz we’re online). I might as well make an effort to. Wharton or HYP are basically the only schools that it would be worth transferring to for me. I also really am tempted to transfer to Brown because I like the culture but it’ll probably make breaking into IB so much more difficult. I know HYP only really take special transfers but Wharton seems to take a few each year. There are students from both my school and other similar schools who have transferred into Wharton. I was just gonna ask, how hard is it for someone coming from a target/prestigious private school?

Also, if I work hard and keep grinding I know I definitely can land any BB or EB and even top buyside from my current school. I’m not currently being limited in any way. It’s just that... it’s Wharton ya know.

I’m in school. I would have to apply as a sophomore transfer and Wharton transfers are ridiculously hard.

I'd say go to Wharton, but I am highly biased as my Dad played football there in college. I grew up with Penn fleece blankets around and feel kindred to the school. I can't imagine where you are transferring from, but for me Wharton would be one of my top choices.

I'd pick Columbia or NYU over Brown. But, that's probably another discussion. Just go Wharton! lol I'm all for it.

It was a question about the odds of me being able to transfer into Wharton...

This is your title:

This should be your title:
