UNC vs UW Madison

Current Senior. Deciding between the two above. Got into UNC but would have to apply into KF. Got into UW for the business school. OOS for both. I feel like UNC is better on paper and much more prestigious because of the low OOS acceptance rate so hard to pass up on that. On the other hand UW seems a lot more fun, but freezing. Not set on IB and maybe would like to get into RE Dev.
