If the career goal is undetermined as of now (could be IB, consulting, PE, startups or law school even), what would be the best choice? Thanks in advance!

i'd take the duke full ride unless he wants to do CS/engineering then go MIT
All schools will get your friend wherever he wants to go... (as long as he puts in the work).
Tell him/her to take the free ride. I hate the fact that I've graduated with debt.
