Undergrad econ: UCSB or UCSD?

I'm a transfer student and I'm wondering if there's actually an appreciable difference between either of these school's economics programs. I know they're both non-targets.

I'm considering minoring in Statistics and Data Science if I go to SB, and maybe Mathematics if I go to SD.

The goal is ER after college and eventually a long-only hedge fund.

Thank you.

@cardguy45" and anonymous,

Thanks guys! I appreciate the insight! I was hoping SB would be the answer but you gotta do what you gotta do I guess.

WSO won't let me reply directly to you for whatever reason.
