Undergrad: Lehigh or Fordham for IB?

I have received the decisions from Lehigh and Fordham U. I wonder which of the two options will suit an undergraduate better if he wishes to pursue a career in IB?

Also, I've been waitlisted by Vanderbilt. But of course it is a great uncertainty if I'll get in. So currently my options are limited.
