Uni reapplying

So basically currently I'm at a semi-target uni studying finance after I missed my offer at UCL on results day. I appealed my grades and now have the grades I expected/ needed to get into UCL but it was too late to keep my offer. I did land a spring at deloitte but still feel like I want to reapply to UCL,LSE,KCL etc. Mix of reasons : obvs UCL + LSE are target but also on a social level not quite enjoying where I'm at. Also I've always wanted to go to an 'elite' uni lol.

Do you think I should? my ultimate goal is finance or consulting: the courses I would apply to at unis mentioned would be a mix of  econ and history/politics. quite torn rn so any help would be great
