I think this guy is just acting stupid to try get a kick out of others; been plenty of posts that are accurately depicting UK target/semi-targets.
I would say the list looks fairly accurate, with maybe LSE on the same level as Imperial, UCL and Warwick (LSE is disproportionally represented as everyone applies)
What changes would you make?
