US MFIN programs that place into IB for internationals?
So I'm a current Canadian high school senior, and I am going to be enrolling at a UK target uni for accounting and finance. However, my end goal would be to work in the finance sector in NYC. I don't want to be a quant, so are there any masters in finance programs that place into IB in NYC, or should I take the path of least resistance and after university do my analyst years in London and then do an MBA in the USA.
tbh most mfin programs worth attending in the us (e.g princeton, MIT, columbia(?)) will place majority of the class into quant, very few into IB. while im not sure if this is by choice from the students, internationals still get good placement traditionally but unclear now due to new visa regulations
i would do analyst years in BB at london and lateral transfer to US office, or transfer from ur uk target uni to a us target for undergrad
That’s better for visas as well because you’ll be on L1 which is better than H1B in a lot of ways.

Vandy, Villanova, Texas. I know vandy give you 3 years of STEM Visa, so that way you can work.
Is vanderbilt msf better than mit Mfin for placing internationals into IB?
