USC Marshall or Umich Econ (LSA)

Just got into Marshall at USC and am currently deciding between these two schools as a transfer student, I plan to delay grad and I'm aiming for MM and EB if possible. I'm from Cali so USC will be better for me for everything outside of pure academics/school.

Both will probably be around the same price as I'd have to pay Umich Full price OOS tuition and in terms of where I'd want to work it's not really that important either, so landing a FT in NYC is not super important for me, if anything, I actually prefer Chicago more.

Just wanted to get some opinions and see what would be good for my situation.
