USC or Tulane Transfer

Just finished my first year at Tulane and have set myself up in a great position for recruiting (scholarship, leadership, clubs) but don't really feel challenged there. I got into USC Marshall for transfer and am wondering if I should take the offer. USC attracted me because of its strong placement and driven student body but I would have to start over. I live on the EC and would prefer to stay close post-grad. Would appreciate any insight before I make my decision.
