UVA Economics or UT Austin McCombs Finance Undergraduate
I want to go into finance/investment banking. Both of them would be OOS and cost doesn't really matter to me.

UVA is a target and UT is a semi-target. UVA is the clear choice unless you are looking to do energy banking in Texas. As for UVA, the undergrad business school (McIntire) is a larger feeder to banking than the econ department.
