UVA Stats Major graduating in 3 years

I'm a rising freshman at the University of Virginia on track to graduate in 3 years with my AP credits. I'm probably not going to apply to McIntire, as UVA is expensive and it would help my parents out to graduate early (McIntire is a guaranteed 4 year program). As of right now, I'm probably going to major in Stats and minor in finance.

Some careers that seem interesting to me are corporate banking or private credit, as they seem more relaxed while still interesting.

I was wondering what I can do with this background, how much this 3 year timeframe affects my recruiting, and tips for recruiting/networking?
