Vanderbilt MSF vs. UVA MS Commerce for FT IB

I have a liberal arts background from a non-target North East ugrad, 3.8+ GPA, good EC's, a summer in buyside ER, and a summer at a boutique IB.

From what I understand, both Vandy and UVA have great alumni networks but UVA has a stronger presence in NYC. This is hearsay and I don't have numbers to validate this. What do you guys think?

I know that there are few FT IB slots in BBs, but where would I have the best chances for NYC? How about independent firms like Evercore, Greenhill, Lazard, HL, etc.

Both are amazing, but I just love the UVA program. IMO, it is one of the best run specialized masters out there. I have 3 student reviews on my site, check them out.

Would also like your opinion on Miami MSF. Thanks!

BC and Vanderbilt are fine. I'd give Vandy the edge. Miami is new, but if you want South Florida and didn't do the UF program then I think it is your best bet.
