I am curious to know whether small boutiques/middle market banks would be willing to sponsor work visas for internationals coming out of a non-target MBA program given that target school students get recruited into BB/Elite boutiques. Are smaller banks even looking for MBA grads? I have checked out some banks online that have sponsored visas in the past but can this even be a thing if an international MBA grad networks in the right way?
If not, then could you suggest some of the ways in which an international MBA grad can break into such small banks to start with since the competition to break into BBs is fierce and not everyone's cup of tea?
