What about my chances? Brazilian lawyer to H/W/S

Hello everyone, I've been checking this website for a while, and since I have a little different blackground this question came up.

So can you please evaluate my profile to check if there is any chance for me to get into H/W/S MBA programs? I 'm planning to apply only after two years (2014), so I'll have a plenty of time to work on any relevant flaws that you may point out.

I am an Asian Male (Japanese grandparents) who was born in Brazil, with a law degree in 2009 at USP, a public university that you are only accepted through an admission test and considered the best in Brazil. If I could convert my GPA, it would be around 2.8.

In Brazil, the "law school route" is kinda different from US, because we do not have an undergratuate program, and we may go directly from high school if wanted, in a 5 years course).

And during the whole course, I got 4 internships focused on capital markets, banking and corporate law (whorth mention that it was a 8h/day internship, during 4 years):

1- Bank Boston - Bank of America branch in Brazil. After a while Bank Boston was acquired by Itaú, the leading bank in Brazil. 2- Souza, Cescon - one of the biggest law firms in Brazil 3- Morgan Stanley 4- GP Investments - one of the biggest PE firms in Latam.

After my final year, I decided to shift area to business, so started working at a PE FoF firm and decided to go to college one more time and went studying economics again at USP (which I think I will have to dropout in the next year). This year I received an offer to work at BCG, but I defered my starting date to the beginning of 2012, mostly because I wanted to focus on my entrepreneur side, and carry with a non-profit program which I expect to lauch sooner.

Finally, I do not know if this is important, but I know how to play some instruments (guitar, drums, keyboards), and played baseball for the law school team.

Please, any help helps! :D
