What are my chances?
Hi everyone, I just took my gmat and am trying to gauge what to expect from my applications to deferred enrollment MBA programs.
GMAT Focus: 695
GPA: 3.85
Undergrad: Non-Target
Internships: MM banking, corp fin, research assistant
Extracurricular: co-teaching class on interview prep, team leader for investing society, first place champion in school wide stock pitch competition.
Classes: Finance and Accounting double major
Interview ability: I’m fairly articulate and this is where I usually excel
Networking: I’ve attended many events and met with recruiters
Career goal: Bulge bracket investment banking
Year: currently a senior
Demo: from Los Angeles, white, male
Recommendations: very strong; from Professor and manager from internship
I’m applying to the following deferred enrollment programs:
HBS
Wharton
Columbia
MIT
Booth
Kellogg
Yale
I would be beyond happy to attend any of these programs and I would love to hear feedback on my chances in general or about any specific program on the list.
