What are my M7/HSW Odds? -- ER Associate
Stats: 3.56 GPA in Econ + Poli Sci at Semi Target-ish LAC (Think Carleton/Bowdoin)
URM: Latino. Came from family of central american immigrants. Not 1st gen tho.
GMAT: 720
WE: ER at NYC BB (not GS/MS/JPM). Coverage is payments/processors & IT Services (fintech).
What would my odds be of getting into HSW and then landing a strong LO offer? Perhaps even a SM HF?
Would I be unable to lockdown HF roles post MBA if I didn't jump buyside pre-MBA?

It looks like you are below average GMAT and GPA for HSW. Might be reach schools if you have a stellar essay and recommendations. The top 20 programs are probably where your profile will be most competitive. The top 50 programs would be safe schools.

Most people from BB's that came from ER end up at M7-T10 schools. Idk it depends tho
