Not sure about access to MBA alum. I don't know if I would say that MBB "heavily" recruits from there, but they definitely recruit. But, it is really hard to transfer directly into Ross from another school (they take a few at most, usually 1-2, a year), they're also less likely to accept you into the program through regular decision (1 year in LSA/Coe) if you're past your freshman year... the College of Engineering gets some MBB recruiting also though, so there's always that!.. -_-
Ross has great recruiting, pretty much all the BBs/MMs/elite boutiques/MBB recruit there. And yes you should have access to MBA alumi.
It will be hard to transfer in though, like wolverine mentioned. I think they usually take only a handful every year (something like 1-10)
