I keep seeing this term everywhere,. What does it mean?

obviously, its the new BMW M7 everybody likes to talk about in association with top MBA programs. Normally you would go 2 years IB > 2 years PE > 2 years MBA > buy a new BMW M7.

M7 refers to the Leica M7---a 35 mm camera by Leica AG introduced in 2002. It is the direct successor to the M6
^ lol. Anyway, a quick search would've netted you the answer, but I'll help you out. M7 refers to the top 7 business schools whose deans supposedly meet once every few years at a summit to discuss their curriculum, issues, and the future of MBA education.
