What is the best choice??

I will be graduating in a few years and will have a GPA around 3.3-3.5 at University of Hawaii. I have done study abroad and will be doing an internship. I want to run a business one day but I guess most importantly would like to rub elbows with the best while in Grad. school. What would be some good graduate programs and I would consider Worldwide, would be best for me. What would be good:

1. Reach Schools(Difficult for me to get into)
2.Target Schools ( Able to get in with expectations)
3.Back-up Schools (Easy for me to get in , or possibly more affordable)

This is impossible to answer since you have yet to get work experience.

Yeah this sucks. This is the second post today in which the OP asks for advice on grad schools and the best choice for him/her without providing any helpful information about goals, intelligence, passions, major, what job you're going to get right of school, etc. Totally ambiguous waste-of-time post.

Also I don't think worldwide is a proper noun.
