What is the best choice??

I will be graduating in a few years and will have a GPA around 3.3-3.5 at University of Hawaii. I have done study abroad and will be doing an internship. I want to run a business one day but I guess most importantly would like to rub elbows with the best while in Grad. school. What would be some good graduate programs and I would consider Worldwide, would be best for me. What would be good:

1. Reach Schools(Difficult for me to get into)
2.Target Schools ( Able to get in with expectations)
3.Back-up Schools (Easy for me to get in , or possibly more affordable)

This is impossible to answer since you have yet to get work experience.
