What kind of litigation would be most adjacent to b-school?
Asking for a friend. Did a little bit of finance, then ran off to law school and is looking at firms. Has NO interest in being a deals lawyer (M&A or PE or debt finance), but wants to eventually do litigation and go to b-school to try to work with large corporates, either as in-house or as repeat clients.
What kind of lit (IP, securities, investigations, white collar, commercial) would make most sense for him to pursue?
