What Masters should I do in Spain?

Hi, finishing my undergrad at RSM next year and want to move back to Spain to work in Madrid IB. My experience: internships at a no-name PE and at a MM IB in London.

I’m currently looking into the MiFs at IE, CUNEF,  IEB and ICADE.

Through some basic LinkedIn research I can see the majority of BBs hire ICADE undergrad students and at master level there’s more of a mix/less hiring. Santander seems to hire a lot of CUNEF masters and IEB places all around quite decently (?).

Does anyone have a more clear perspective on which master would be better?

Also, is it worth considering ESADE or NOVA?

And if anyone has any insight on the CUNEF and IEB application process please lmk, there isn’t too much info out there.

Thanks

To further develop, while IEB is decent (highly specialized, a plus for IB), its great advantage is that it can be coursed while working as its class times are Friday afternoon and Saturday morning.

Realistically, you should be looking at ESADE, CUNEF, ICADE, and IE. Between these the difference is inmaterial in terms of placement, provided the rest of your profile is cohesive (target UG, decent grades, relevant experience, etc.); worth noting CUNEF is “only” 20K€.

Tldr: the usual suspects; anythings good.
