What MBA path should I take?

Hi I am wondering what I will do after I get out of undergrad. Should I take a 5th year to get an mba and then enter the workforce? It sounds like an MBA without work experience doesn't mean much. However, if I get a job should I get a part time mba with 3-4 years of work experience or would I quit my job after 3-4 years to go get an mba?
