Good article, I also have to say, for an eCommerce idea I had for the small country I live in, Shopify didn't work for me, because of my ideas execution complexities and what I wanted to do, I hope I can find a way to execute my idea better but for now I will keep thinking it through.

Also, you need a great product, website presentation, page speed and marketing before people will buy. I tried to do it on the cheap and learned the hard way.
