What stats do I need to be competitive for top MSF programs?

I think I've come to the realization that I will probably NEED to get into a decent MSF program to reach my goals, my UG degree won't cut the mustard. What kind of stats (GPA, GMAT etc) do I need to have a good shot at places like LSE, Oxbridge, Columbia, MIT etc? Do they take work experience and UG extracurriculars into account? And when should I write my GMAT if I wanna go to a MSF program right out of undergrad?

1)750+ and 3.8+, but there are schools where a 700+ will suffice(Nova, Vandy, Claremont, WUSTL). Also don't bother with Columbia, it's just a pre-phd program designed to take money from foreign nationals.

2)Yes, both are important

3)Anytime you think you can get the score you need.

3.8+ for every major or what?
