What university shouold I choose?

Hello everyone. As lots of you here I am trading to choose a university for My undergraduate , but of is not easy.First of All i don't know what I sant to do in the years following graduation, but I am pretty sure I sant to study economics. Now the question is, What is the best program among this? 1)BIEMF Boccini (bachelor in econ finance and management) 2)A PPE (politics philosophy economics in England) in Oxford (very unlikely to get in), York , Durham et similia 3)Bachelor in economics and finance At John Cabot University, Rome. That's a liberal arts college recognized by American Middle State association of college The problem are not My grades I have the Italian Equivalent of A in every subject. p.s. I know that this is an american forum about finance and I a. Asking about European university for economics , but please try to help me Thank you a lot ;-)

I Asked which is the Best so please don't think I am a stupid because I am writing on an IPhone Italian Keybord which obviously recognize only italian words Anyway the Italian ones are probably going to accept me with a scolarship so , I tell it again you are Not speaking with a stupid so think before writing
