Which b-schools should I be targeting?

In my first year as an associate at a PE firm and starting to think about where I want to go to b-school. Would appreciate it if any of you can suggest where I should be competitive:

undergrad: non-target top 50 GPA: 3.5 (rounded) GMAT: 720 Work: 2 years at a BB, 2 years at a PE fund not KKR but still >$10bn ECs: None......biggest problem

thanks guys

University of Phoenix. Come on man, let's be honest, if you're not at KKR what are you REALLY doing here?

What's your ethnicity? Male or Female? Age?

Not going to comment on your chances as I have no idea, but the above three would probably be worth answering as well so that someone familiar with the B-School process can give you a detailed response.

Indian/Male/will be 24 when I enter the MBA program.

Questions: When people refer to EC's needed for MBA admissions do they mean extracurriculars from college or that people are doing stuff on the side from work?

You are already an associate in your second year? Why would you want to go back to school for 2 years?

That's the typical career path for buy-side... 2 years IB, 2 years PE, MBA, then back to PE.
